Introduction of Innovative Solutions at Remicro Kft.

With the help of European Union funding, innovative solutions are being
introduced at the Szombathely headquarters of Remicro
Telecommunications, Trading and Service Ltd., within the framework of
the GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24-2025-01269 grant. The project, submitted under
the GINOP_PLUSZ-2.1.3-24 "Supporting the Innovation Capacity of SMEs"
call for proposals, is being implemented with HUF 25.25 million in
non-refundable European Union support. The project will enhance the
company's efficiency, thereby ensuring increased competitiveness. The
project is implemented within the framework of the Széchenyi Plan
Plus programme.

186. Project start date: 01/09/2025. Completion date: 28/02/2027.
Contracted grant amount: HUF 25,254,273.
The project includes equipment procurement, consultancy related to
production and/or manufacturing process innovation, marketing and/or
sales innovation consultancy, and the acquisition of IT equipment.
One of the project's goals is for the company to use its own
manufactured metal structural mounting brackets and other fastening
solutions, thereby becoming more self-sufficient and cost-effective in
installation and network development processes.
The purpose of the development is for Microweb Internet to ensure the
high quality of its services by building its own manufacturing and
measurement capacity, reducing lead times, and meeting customer
deadlines more accurately. The development contributes to price
optimisation, enables faster fulfilment of custom requirements, and
handles order modifications more flexibly. All of this supports the
direct service of customer preferences and enhances the company's
competitiveness.
The project will achieve the development of a customer database,
segmentation, targeted communication processes (upsell offers),
collection of satisfaction feedback, and the visual strengthening of the
marketing communication toolkit. In the long term, the development will
set the company on a sustainable growth path, while increasing revenue
from the existing customer base and elevating the company's marketing
activities to a professional level.
The development is implemented within the framework of the
Széchenyi Plan Plus programme, with the support of the European
Union and co-financing from the Hungarian state.
