It was deeply moving to receive the award and certificate for the National Employment Fund - Responsible Employer of the Year 2025 competition, for achieving 3rd place nationally in the small business category.
I believe we can never do enough for our colleagues day after day, all while ensuring that as a business owner, the leader also holds their ground and shows a stable vision for their team. This is a complex game with much responsibility. It's simply a higher quality of existence when it has become a daily routine for us to check how our team is doing, what things we need to discuss, how we can truly "see each other". A good community can give. It's like a positive spiral.
We joined this competition for the first time last year and received recognition for it. That was already a huge joy for us, and today, in a good sense, as Betti would say: our hearts were torn to pieces and put back together in the best possible way! We are grateful and appreciate the national 3rd place! Belonging to such a community is uplifting and inspiring.
We thank the jury and OFA for seeing us as they characterized us before the award ceremony. Please forgive us that the ceremony is not visible, we were so surprised that we won... the phone even fell out of our hands. :)
Now we're taking the certificate and award home to our team, which we will display together in a worthy place.
