at Remicro Ltd.

- Subject of development: Within the framework of the project, the company's business innovation activities are renewed in two areas: alongside production and manufacturing process innovation activities, development takes place in the target area of marketing and/or sales innovation activities.

- Detailed presentation of project content: Currently, Microweb Internet uses antenna support structures owned by other service providers, municipalities, or industrial facilities in many cases, under lease arrangements. This creates dependence on external actors' decisions, limits development opportunities, and generates regular operating costs. One of the project's objectives is for the company to use its own manufactured metal structural support brackets and other mounting solutions, thus becoming more independent and cost-effective in installation and network development processes.
The aim of the development is to ensure high-quality service, reduce lead times, and meet customer deadlines more accurately by building Microweb Internet's own manufacturing and measurement capacity. The development contributes to price level optimization, enables faster satisfaction of individual needs, and handles order modifications more flexibly. All this supports the direct fulfillment of customer preferences and increases the company's competitiveness.
The objective of the "ReConnect – Customer Value Enhancement and Brand Strengthening Strategy" marketing innovation development project is to strengthen and systematically develop Remicro Ltd.'s marketing activities along a two-pillar, mutually reinforcing strategy that contributes to increasing the company's revenue and strengthening its market position. The first pillar is the introduction of a so-called "retention marketing" system built on the existing B2C customer base, which aims at structured management, customer profiling, and reactivation of already active subscribers with targeted offers. Such a level of data-driven customer management has not been present in the company's operations so far, therefore the database created during development enables subscriber segmentation, identification of upsell opportunities, and continuous monitoring of customer satisfaction. As a result of the development, revenue from existing customers increases and loyalty strengthens. The second pillar relates to the acquisition of professional photography and video equipment, through which the company can produce its own visually high-quality marketing materials. The goal is to create modern content that supports the company's brand identity (e.g., introduction videos, project photos, reference videos), thereby making services more understandable and attractive to customers. Own content production increases responsiveness and ensures a unified appearance aligned with the corporate identity across digital channels (website, social media).
Within the framework of the project, the customer database is built and segmented, targeted communication processes (upsell offers) are implemented, satisfaction feedback is collected, and the marketing communication toolkit is visually strengthened. The development puts the company on a long-term sustainable growth path while increasing revenue from the existing customer base and elevating the company's marketing activities to a professional level.

Presentation of Project Content
Within the framework of the project, the development of our company's Halogy site and wireless telecommunications activities is being implemented. The increase in demand for wireless internet services is noticeable nationwide and thus in the region as well, which is also reflected in the orders our company receives, and thanks to which we have been able to increase our revenue year after year in recent years. Our goal with the development is to strengthen our company's market position and maximize satisfaction of the growing demand for our services, as well as expand our company's capacity and modernize its equipment fleet.
Accordingly, the following equipment will be procured in the project:
